Good night
- 8:30 PM - Start winding down from the day. Turn off electronics and do some light tidying up.
- 9:00 PM - Take a warm shower to relax. Wash face and brush teeth while in shower.
- 9:15 PM - Get into comfy pajamas. Make an herbal tea to enjoy.
- 9:30 PM - Spend 30 minutes reading a book or doing gentle stretches/yoga.
- 10:00 PM - Get into bed and turn off main lights. Take 5 minutes to write down thoughts/reflections from the day.
- 10:05 PM - Set alarm for the morning. Apply some lavender essential oil to pillow.
- 10:15 PM - Turn on ambient nature sounds/white noise machine.
- 10:30 PM - Fall asleep.
