Good morning!
- 6:00 AM - Wake up to my alarm. Snooze for 10 more minutes.
- 6:10 AM - Wake up and turn off alarm. Sit up in bed and stretch for a few minutes to fully wake.
- 6:15 AM - Get out of bed. Go to bathroom to brush teeth and wash face.
- 6:20 AM - Get dressed in workout clothes, make coffee, and have a quick bite to eat.
- 6:35 AM - Head out for a 30-minute morning walk/jog while listening to a podcast.
- 7:05 AM - Return home, have a protein shake, and hop in the shower.
- 7:20 AM - Get dressed for the day. Dry hair and put on some basic makeup if needed.
- 7:30 AM - Make breakfast and eat while reading the news or replying to emails.
- 7:50 AM - Clean and straighten up the kitchen after breakfast. Pack my lunch for the day.
- 8:00 AM - Finish getting ready and head out for work.
